All orders are shipped within 2 days of purchase, excluding weekends.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If your order has NOT shipped, we can update the address.

If your order has already shipped to the wrong address, you’ll need to place a new order. Should the original package be returned to us, we’ll issue a refund once it arrives.

If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how to start a return:

  1. Send us at DM on instagram @keepontruckinhatsco.
  2. Include a photo of the inside of your hat so we can confirm it’s free of makeup or sweat stains.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method (as long as it passes inspection).

Keep your hat looking fresh with these simple tips:

Storage

  • Place on a flat surface or hat stand to keep its shape.
  • Avoid stacking or crushing when not in use.

Cleaning

  • Do not machine wash.
  • Spot clean only with a soft cloth or sponge, mild dish soap, and cold water.
  • Gently dab stains — never scrub or soak.

Stain Prevention

  • Always handle with clean hands.
  • Let makeup or skincare fully dry before putting your hat on.
